I seriously wouldn't have noticed that it was Valentines Day last Feb14 coz im usually confined in my "studio" all day, not leaving the house nor watching TV... if not for a friend who invited me to play in their Valentines party that night. la lang.
in 2005 i made a Chillout Electronica version of "My Funny Valentine" inspired by Chet Baker (who was the one responsible for this song's fame), but that version kinda sucked.
so this time, a tribute to my ongoing anti-social life.. i made this emo (cough cough) rendition of "My Funny Valentine". i usually dont want to label "emo" on any of the music i do, but haha i asked my friends to listen to it first and asked them which genre would it fit, alas they said it. i would probably just say alternative rock or something ^_^
