 This song was written by my sister, Jai. it's her story, but actually its also mine in many ways ^_^ this is how we express the way we know best... through music. through a song.

 Heaven,my cat accompanied me all throughout my arranging and recording this song ^_^ He's my critic.Once in a while, i do write cliche cheezy songs (which is a total contradiction to my style), but such songs are written for good reason... and sometimes the best way to express something is still through cliches -- especially on that kind of emotion. i dedicate this song to Lady Chand as i promised, thanks for appreciating my music ^_^ For whatever it means to anyone... hope you like it ^_^ One Day

i was just test-recording for Acoustic guitar mixing, so i ended up putting words in it ^_^ but of course i didn't think much of it, its more of a "freestyle" adlib whatever- comes-to-mind singing ^_^ hehe.. plus me and my fascination with the AutoTune and Vocoder . the AutoTune is the "T-pain" effect (makes you sound kinda robotic) and the Vocoder is that instant-blending effect (the effect Imogen Heap used in "Hide and Seek"), plus some dynamic delay and reverb ^_^ Since i did the vocals live with all the effects, in some parts my PC lagged and i think it skipped. haha, im too lazy to fix it so im sorry about that ^_^ hope you like it. | ioHann - Live Adlib Session 1 (goodbye) | | | | | |

  (thats me in Joseph's hockey goalie mask painted black^_^)First of all i would like to thank my dearest brother for his little surprise for my studion -- a brand new electric guitar!i was woken up one afternoon (after just an hour of sleep) by my brother who told me to go to the other room quickly. i had no idea what was up and why he'd come home on a Friday knowing that he has work that night. so i did. and when i got there, a huge rhombus (you know what a rhombus is right?) box was there, and immediately i knew what was inside ^_^ so i didn't get to sleep anymore... naturally what would you do with a new toy? ...so i came up with this song. after i finished the final guitar tracks and got the first mixdown, all my other past "rock" attempts seemed like wussies. although rock really isnt my genre, but i love listening to heavy hardcore stuff sometimes ^_^ it took awhile for me to find the lyrics i want for this song (again, thanks to a lot of my friends for giving me ideas) although im not too satisfied with the syllabication i came up with in the chorus, but anyway i think it works. the message could be abit misleading given the heaviness of how it is sung, so you might think twice on what the message really is (like is it a positive or a negative song.. ^_^) so enough on the write up.. hope you like it ^_^ THE DAY YOU DIE by ioHann 11.29.07 1 all these many years ive known you i see how many people look up to you and wanna be like you and do the things you do but they only know what you show but i (chorus) i already know the darkest secrets you keep and i know all the demons that you hide so deep ive seen that shady side that could ruin all your pride i already know the darkest secrets you keep and i know all the demons that you hide so deep and ive seen the worst althrough but it doesnt change the way i see you.
